All you need is a quiet space where you can focus undisturbed for 15 minutes each day to watch the video and complete your journal prompts.

HOW MUCH TIME WILL I NEED TO DEDICATE TO 40 DAYS OF CONNECTION?
I suggest that you set aside approximately 15 minutes each day (for forty days) to watch the video and complete the accompanying workbook prompts.
WILL ALL THE CONTENT BE AVAILABLE AT ONCE?
Yes. You will receive access to 40 Days of Connection once you sign up. There, you will be able to print your connection journal so that you have all the content in one place and don’t have to worry about printing out each day’s worksheet. Additionally, you will have access to all 40 videos, though I encourage you to watch them one per day for the duration of forty days.
WHAT ABOUT SHABBAT AND HOLIDAYS?
We encourage you to watch the video prior to Shabbat and/or the holidays and suggest using your journal prompt as a thought prompt and coming back to pencil in your thoughts once Shabbat / the holiday is over.
